Each appointment includes:

- • Comfort & Sedation: Premedication that provides both pain relief and sedation. This helps your pet feel calm and relaxed, ensuring their passing is as gentle and peaceful as possible.
- • The Final Act of Kindness: Gentle euthanasia performed with compassion and respect.
- • Professional Notification: We will notify your family veterinarian of your pet’s passing on your behalf.
With our aftercare services, the following is also included:
- • Transportation and coordination of aftercare
- • Memorial Clay Paw Print
- • Fur Clippings
- • Personal Return: If your pet’s remains are being returned to you, we will personally bring them home once the process is complete.
**If you will be coordinating your pet’s aftercare independently, we will not be able to assist with transportation. Your preferred facility may be able to assist with those arrangements.

Cremation Options
A respectful process using heat to reduce remains to ashes. We partner with Lasting Paws, a trusted Arizona-based specialist.

Aquamation Options (Eco-Friendly)
A gentle water-based process that uses natural minerals to return a pet's body to its basic elements. We partner with Serene Waters Pet Cremation.

Policies & Additional Fees
To ensure we can provide every family with dedicated time and care, our policies reflect the administrative costs and scheduling commitments involved in mobile veterinary services.
- Cancellations (3+ hours notice): You will receive a 90% refund. The remaining 10% covers non-refundable credit card processing fees and the administrative costs of coordinating your initial appointment.
- Late Cancellations (Under 3 hours notice): A $325 charge applies. This covers the lost time and resources of our mobile veterinarian, who has set aside this dedicated block specifically for your family.
- Consultation Only: If our veterinarian arrives and you decide not to proceed with euthanasia after the physical exam and discussion, the cost is adjusted to $325 to cover the travel, medical consultation, and professional time spent.
